Missed call on my mobile and they did not leave a message.

Called TWICE at 9pm no idea who they are and why. I have no idea what Inet is

Very annoying persistent repeat phone calls. I let them ring out.

I just had three calls in a minute... no identification just a number...as it was an 08 number I hung up... as a few years ago, there was a scam going on mobiles and the number started with 08..... since I do not know anyone with this number, I did not answer.... I would prefer email reply.....

It was past midnight when my phone rang twice. As if I was going to get out of bed for
Whomever it was. I had organised iiNet to ring me back at 4pm that day. The day before I waited all evening for them to call back, no luck. This is unacceptable!!

Double billing has been my experience that only after persistent effort appears to have been fixed. Reporting to the "relevant authorities" - ie, the Telecommunications Industry Ombundsman - achieved nothing. I am now without access to their paid television channels because my remote needed for access is broken. Despite requesting a replacement over a month ago and a promise I would receive it in a matter of days, and a subsequent reminder call, I have still not received the replacement remote therefore now paying for a service I no longer receive.

This call is from iiNet calling about the callback when you have chose to stay in the cue on technical support. iiNet may call you on this number for another reason as well?

Before ADAM Internet was taken over by this company, there were not major problems. Since iinet took over, nothing but erroneous disconnections, because they do NOT check to see if you are in credit before they disconnect you. They also regularly disconnect vulnerable people without warning, and WHEN THEY ARE IN CREDIT. This company is getting away with criminal double-billing, and needs reporting to relevant authorities, and a class legal action would be well over due.
