Caller: Amazon (NOT) Answered the call. Long pause (overseas connection delay). Introduced himself as Amazon. I said 'fantastic, I'm really happy you called'. He hung up on me. Terrible service from this scammer, he didn't even try any further. I give this scammer 1/10 for effort.
