I called back number (08) 6243 3928 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

This is a scam - I kept them on the phone for 15 mins today until they got very abusive. They were trying to get details off my last gas bill.

Hangs up as soon as you pick up. Perth number.

When I answered he said he was calling about a gas bill. I told him I don’t have a gas account in my name and he hung up. Blocked number.

Said they were gas brokers. Really wanted the mirn number. Keep calling.

Didn't answer the phone because it's the scam

Indian guy asked for me by name but gave me my first and middle name not my correct surname so I knew he was dodgy. He asked if I had received a letter about discounts on my gas bill. I ended up hanging up on him.

Junk call to promote gas

Caller said they were from the gas company and wanted to know if i have the updated prices. I don't have gas!!

Seems to be sussing out valid phone numbers. Hung up as soon as I answered. I’ve had 3 or 4 similar calls from different numbers this week. The call rings and rings until I pick up, then the caller hangs up. It seems to be a robocall as there is no background or line noise whatsoever, or any sound of the call connecting to the other end.

Said person called regarding whether or not I received a letter from two gas companies - Alinta or Kleenheat.
Told them not to call again and hung up. Have blocked number.
