Rang and hung up - no message left, tks for the heads up, I'll give this arsehole an earful if they call again.

These a**holes call my listed with the Do Not Call Register/silent number landline. they rang again this afternoon around 2.30pm, calller (an Australian sounding) lady said she was from Telstra Brisbane. I answered in a (bad LOL) Asian accent today, and told "I no wan' talk you" and hung up. Reading comments from so many other people here, I'll be giving them an earful next time they call. Sick of these FKs.

I've had this number call me on my (unlisted) landline at 10-10.30am for the past two days. As always, I didn't answer it as I didn't recognize the number. I figure that any bona fide caller will leave me a message and a return number. I'm going to answer in a bad foreign accent if they ring again; if they persist they will cop an earful. I'm sick to death of all these phone scams and nuisance calls. Modern technology at its worst. Fk em!

Has pretty much rung everyday for 2 weeks. They have rung before a few months ago. Considering I don't know anyone with an 08 number I don't answer. Really pissing me off.

GOOD ON YOU! These thieves need to be reported to Scamwatch by EVERYONE so that they DO take action against them. And it's illegal for them to be calling people on the "Do Not Call Register" & they can get done for that. Those of us who are on the don't call list should report them to that agency as well. Cheers.

7 phone calls within a week from this number. All around 1030am. I have never answered once but they still haven't gotten the hint.

This arsehole rings about twice a day and hangs up, I'd like to stick their phone where the sun doesn't shine.

Telstra's persistent calls have driven me so mad that I have now signed up with another service provider that has never been a pest. I suggest everyone copies me and maybe they may soon realise they are losing potential customers.

Out of curiosity, are you a Telstra customer. If so, you will probably find that being a customer may make them exempt as well. Not sure, just a thought

I am registered with the "Do Not Call Register" and only Charities are exempt from the Law that protects the phone owner from nuisance calls... is Telstra NBN a charity? if not then they are in big trouble.

Telstra NBN get 1-2 Calls a day

I have several calls from this number and like those above, when answered, they hang up. How do I get rid of them?

To the telemarketer or scammer,
I have mobility problems here, yet answered on several occasions and then was hung up on.
Very physically painful to deal with let alone the emotional side of being rude to. This call has happened 20 times on my phone count. Please stop.

9 missed calls in one week no voice mail left never spoken to after reading this will be blocked

I got this one again today. I called Telstra again as they had asked me last time, and this time I got a different answer. I was told today that this number belongs to a marketing company and they Telstra will now email them to ask them to stop calling my mobile. They also advised me I can block the caller from calling me again through my account in the Telstra website.

Keep hanging up when I answer, very frustrating. I have applied for NBN and waiting for a call on connection details but they hang up.
