(08) 6228 4010 Beware of this phone number making out they are telstra doing a survey of customers wanting to much information on what is in your household such as how many mobiles and what sort of computers you have and where do you ring on your mobile and house phone. BEWARE.

Constantly get called by this number. Even when you say you are not interested, and to stop calling, you still get the calls. Surely the number of items / complaints on this list must give someone an indication how annoying the organisation, happens to be, though I assume that Telstra does not have access to this list.

Righto. This number has to gotta stop. Have told them off 3 times not to call my number. Had this number on call blocked for past 2 weeks and it has made it 10 times worse then telling them off and havnt called for few mnths. This really has to stop. This is harrasment. And will make it higher authority if i have to. Really annoys me when i have them on call block and it made it 10 times worse even tho they cannot get through to me but still can up to 3 times a day everyday. Anyone knows how to get this number to stop calling me, feel free to tell me. Im at wits end and about to go higher authory for harrasements???? This is so not on.

Been getting calls from them almost every day for nearly a year usually 3pm when no one is home. They are working for Telstra as telemarketers. Presumably they get paid because they called anyway - and charge Telstra (are you watching Telstra - I have a few Telstra shares = stop wasting shareholders money)!!
Rang the number today and computer ran me through "unsubscribe" process. I was told calls will stop but may take 30 days. At last there is light (silence of phone) at the end of this tunnel. Am also on DO NOT CALL REGISTER but because I am a customer I believe they are allowed to call. This is the only nuisance call since we signed up on DNCRegister thankfully. Hope this helps next victim who finds his/her way to this site. Have a good day!

Got many missed calls from this number, then recently was home when they rang.
The caller is from Telstra, but the purpose of the call is (in my opinion) a "scam". She tried to pressure me into signing onto a new 24 month plan for internet that was, in her words, "at least 1.5x faster" than my current plan. I thought I was on the fastest offering that Telstra had, but was interested if there was a faster option available.
I went along with it for a little while, because it was not much more expensive than currently, and would be worth it for the extra speed. I started to smell a rat when she was unable to answer any of my queries. In the end I asked if she can send some details, but apparently the offer is only good if I sign up then and there on the phone! I said I make a habit never to sign up for anything I can't read through first, so hung up after wasting ~15 minutes.
After I got off the phone, I was able to confirm that there is nothing faster than what I already have. So, in summary, they were trying to trick me into signing a 24 month contract at a higher price for what I already have! Needless to say I raised a complaint with Telstra!
