Having had twice daily hang upcalls for about a week. I am on the do not call register and have been since it started. It is the company's(Telstra. 3rd party or not) job to check this. It is a violation and have reported it. Tried to "opt out" they wanted personal details only to be told can take up to 30 days! Unacceptable! Blocked the number and going directly to the telstra store to complain.

Well they rang me again.
So I let rip and gave them my two cents.
Normally I have restraint and show them more respect than they deserve. I am a far king over that. I told him to make sure record my call and make sure the company executives listen to it for "training purposes". I then proceeded to tell them all the reasons why they are peices of Shhhh-Height. I haven't had another call yet, I guess the guy is still in therapy! Yes it made me feel a bit better, and YES I have empathy for the CSO. But he chose to work for a sh*tty industry. Cleaning toilets at a Curry Festival would be a better gig!
How this is legal is criminal in itself. I pay Telstra to have a Silent and Private number, and then Telstra pay these muppets to invade my privacy that I paying them for. Imagine going to a restaurant, paying for a meal and the restaurant owner pays another company to come take your meal away uneaten. WTH
Australia really is being set up for a huge fall, Corporate law must change. Companies are trampling all over our human rights and the futures of our children. Our pollies line their own pockets, while fat cats sell our country to the lowest bidders.
Meanwhile a bunch of morons are making insane money digging up our land to be pimped out! They think they have "made it". Hey d*ckheads, let see how you are going when your $600k house that should only be $200k get repossessed and you try eating your jetski or hsv or whatever other stupid stuff you bought with the money you got for raping our counrty.

If this clown is calling on Telstra's behalf then they want to cut it out, they keep at me like this and I'll go elsewhere.

They call, I ask them; who they work for, how they got my number and not to call again. They say they work for Telstra, they buy the number on a list and will take us off their list.
Time passes Then they call again
We PAY for our service and we have a silent and private number. We are on the do not call register. We have complained to our telco and to Telstra.
They still call.

Why is this app not blocking this number. I have it set to block and they still get through. Calling 4-5 times a day. Fix your app.

They keep ringing :( I am so disgusted that Telstra has sold me out to scammers ... and even given them the line to call me on. Looking to change carriers ASAP
