Another prank call

Continual multiple calls a day. Every time I answer they just hang up. Do not leave messages if they go to message bank. I am on the do not call register..

I just got called by (03) 6228 4010 and i was getting excited for a job interview and NO IT WAS A SILLY COMPANY WASTING PEOPLES TIME
If they call you.. do not answer!!!!

Got another call from them today. They call every few months or so and I tell them that they can't beat my current Telco and to call back when they can. Well today they made my husband an offer that was pretty good. They asked for his license number and Medicare Card Number for a little credit check. Why would they want his Medicare Card Number and License Number? Is it safe? Are they dodgey? The guy was very unprofessional and said things that were quite out of line in my extensive experience in customer service. They say it's recorded but I doubt it after that call!!

I am amazed at the persistence of these guys. I got my first call from them about a month ago. I legitimately missed the call, as I was in a meeting. But, as we all do these days, I looked up the number on here and subsequently added it to my list of auto-reject numbers. My phone tells me when I have had a call from an auto-rejected number and that has happened twice a day in the month since I added them to the list. That's about 40 calls. You think they would realise they're not ever going to get through.

Stop calling me already!!!

Just called them back after previously receiving daily calls, advised the person who answered that any further calls will be escalated through to the appropriate industry body (TIO). The person apologised profusely and advised will never call again.

getting calls from this number daily now i heard someone found out its actually telstra i find this bullsh*t as my number is an optus number much like dodo calling me several times a day. i was considering using telstra again but after a constant harassment cold calling i think i will continue to avoid them as a provider. Well i keep getting missed call messages all the time but lucky for me they keep calling my mobile broadband number.

Looks like they're still at it, this number called on 16 Feb 2015, rung a couple of times then hung up, lucky I checked this site before returning call and wasting money.

Calls 2-3 times daily. Goes to message bank. The guy just keeps saying "hello", "hello", "hello" on the voicemail. Piss off Dude!

I got a call from Hang Up Message: (08) 6228 4010 some telemarketing company I am a telstra customer and already on the no call register list but how they called my number is beyond me don't ring it back it is a scam and registered my number on line to not be called annoying really

Got called, answered. They asked why I wasn't with Telstra anymore. They weren't like usual salespeople they were unprofessional.

I called Telstra directly, and they confirmed it is a company contracted to them. They removed my name immediately from the list, ensured the number was blocked on my service and apologized for my inconvenience. Call them on 1800 805 996, problem solved!

Ok guys, I'm not saying it's not annoying, cause it is, but these guys are a legit business. They aren't Telstra directly, they are an outsourced telemarketer business employed by Telstra. You could get calls from people who have access to Telstra accounts or you might get someone who just gets the number (and possibly an address if they are lucky) and the last registered name that number was registered under. Also, if you get a call from this number and it hangs up when you answer it's just because the autodialler thought they got an answering machine when you answered. They don't leave messages cause like I said, autodialler just hangs up. If you need more info please ask :) happy to answer any questions :)

Wanted to know who this number was as had missed 3 calls from it. The last was in evening so became suspicious that it wasn't a serious attempt to contact me as no message was ever left. Did a search to see how I could find out about caller and was surprised & impressed to find this service. Will block number. Thanks all for advice provided.

Rings daily for weeks, stops for a while and then starts again. I never answer. I never answer numbers I don't know. You'd think they'd give up after a while, wouldn't you?

Dont answer now on reject list

I was being pestered on my mobile which is on a Telstra plan. I rang Telstra, on 1800 805 996, and they blocked the number for me. You can actually do it yourself in your on-line account with Telstra.
