I'm going to hear them out if they ever answer their call. Had one call and they went on and on in very low indian english and asked me to tell them the cost of my last phone bill and I replied that it was none of their business Next time i will tell them it was extremely expensive, will ask them to wait and after a while tell them it was 80cents. that should put a stop to their calls

Have been getting on average 2 calls per day from this number during that past 3 week. I have already registered with the dont call site so why do I still get these calls???

We were billed by Telstra $446 they scammed to our account and we dont know how. telstra reversed the monies and advised they were not associated
It is a scam and the Government or telstra should do something as the say they are representing telstra.

Got a phone call from this number saying they were from Telstra and wanting to speak to the account holder. I told them I'm only on reception and asked when the account holder would be available to speak to. I said they are in and out of the office all day and don't know when would be a good time. I think he got the hint and hung up.

I phoned them back and got a recorded message. The smarmy female voice sounded identical to the one you get when you call Telstra directly, so I think it might be vaguely legit, as in a market research branch of Telstra. However, if I want to call Telstra to discuss / complain (which I often need to do) then I'll call them myself thank you very much.

They lulled me in to a false sense of security that the calls had stopped for a few days and now they're at it again.

I've contacted Telstra again to log another complaint, get a complaint number and then report it to the Telcom Industry Ombudsman.

They rang today at 1pm. Didn't leave a message. Check settings on your phone. It might have a call blocker function where you can program in phone numbers to auto-reject(My galaxy S4 does).

Glad I've read this blog. Surely AFP is also monitoring this site. Just shut them down please. Does anyone know how to block a caller other than DNCR. Thanks

ringing 2 times a day - I have them listed in my phone as telemarketer so don't answer

These guys seem to be unflushable. Rang me every day for several weeks a few months ago. Same problems as others: hung up when I answered, get a hang up if I ring back. I got a call blocker that just rejected the calls with me being none the wiser.

Then I got a new phone and can't find that same app I had on my old phone. The calls started again last week and while the call diverts to voicemail, I still get the notifications that the number has called and did not leave a message. I wrote to Telstra and they rang back on Monday and said they would add my number to the company's Do Not Call list. That was two days ago and the calls are still coming. Not feeling overly confident this will help.

After so many complaints, surely they can be shut down from this pestering behaviour.

This no rings for a week then it stops and then the cycle starts again. There is never anyone on the line as they want you to ring them.They ring all our phone lines including land and mobile no's.They should be stopped it is annoying to say the least.

Called my twice today from (08) 6228 4009. Very dodgy. I asked why they called me & couldn't give me a straight answer!!

They ring us everynight, over it.

When is something going to be done about this number, I too am on Do Not Call Register because I am sick of harassment from telemarketers but they seem to find a way around this. I wish I could block these calls. I will call Telstra also and then the DNCR.
