Returned a call from (08) 6214 4385 and reached the voice mail of a woman calling herself Pioneer Credit. Finally got through her, and apparently she was trying to get in touch with a next door neighbor who wasn't answering their phone. I said was it urgent and she said she had a message for them. I told her I didn't know anyone by that name (which was true) and hung up. I then rang Pioneer Credit and now believe they are debt collectors, and she was trying to scam information out of me by pretending to be their friend. Is there a law against this?
