Someone called Kathy left a message on my answering..never called back..
When i called back she picks up but does not greet by company name but looks like a call centre..lot of back ground noise !

Seems legit, Pioneer Credit looking for people, I assume who owe them money...

Contacted by these arseholes who told me they had "good news" but refused to tell me what it was before I verified who I was. I hung up.

Lorenzo called me a second time, I told him I wasn't interested in what he was selling. He said he wasn't selling anything, started into the ID spiel thing again. I asked him to get to the point or I would hang up again. He blathered some crap about needing to ID me. I reminded him HE'D called ME and hung up again.

He called back- A THIRD TIME, and started again with needing to ID me. I demanded a manager and demanded explanation.

Only for him to start in with the same f*cking nonsense. After establishing that they were actually looking for someone who shared my first/last but not middle name, and born in a different year (I gave them no details btw, and made it clear I would not co-operate unless they explained themselves) I told them to f*ck off and hung up.

Bunch of pricks. If you get a call from them, hang up and block the number. The absolute gall of these scumbags to call you randomly and then demand YOU identify yourself before they tell you anything. Australian law doesn't smile on that conduct, you f*cks.
