I called back number (08) 6214 2443 spoke to a woman who said company name is Pioneer Credit.

If you get a call from MALORY, as others have, I suggest you keep a record of her details and any phone calls made from PIONEER CREDIT. The ACCC not only hold Recovery businesses accountable for unethical activities, but they fine people like MALORY also. So next time MALORY contacts you, (or any one from Pioneer Credit), screen the call and note it with her name and/or Pioneer Credits too. Once they go over their allotted times they can contact report them. Open a case the ACCC and drop in your evidence. MALORY will be fined too :)

Call number 2 today. Plus a text sent to me also. Copy of all made. With a notation of the dates and attempts to contact this week. Once they breach their amount of times they can contact me this week I’ll open another case with the ACCC and drop this evidence in there. I suggest you do the same, as they are under regulations that stop them from being able to harass. The ACCC is pretty black and white, only so many warnings they’ll get before a sizeable fine. Keep evidence and report them. Always report.

Same as above, missed a call then got a text from Malory asking me (my name) to call in relation to Steven. I don't even know a Steven.

Missed call them sent me a message for Georgia to contact Malory, in regards to Matthew..
but I am Matthew, 31yrs old, and Georgia is my little sister, 7 years old!? Wtf!? I assume it’s just a coincidence so I didn’t respond thinking it is a scammer

Missed a call, then received a message from (08) 6214 2443 telling me to contact MALORY asap on (08) 6214 2443 in relation to J****. Thank you. Called back and said that they were a scam. Insisted they weren't asked for their best contact number for the Australian Federal Police to call them with regard identity fraud - She advised that they wouldn't provide any information to the AFP. Can only think they are a scam as we have nothing outstanding. They also had a family member's number they tried to contact also.

Seems like it was a debt collector, left a message, "Hi Gabby, could you please contact Malory on (08) 6214 2443 in relation to Raffaele. Thank you." When I replied, Sorry Gabby has left the business, she tried calling again.

Same as above. Missed the call and then got message to contact Malory in relation to Jennifer. Texted back SCAM then blocked and deleted conversation.

Rejected a call from (08) 6214 2443, literally seconds later get a text from a Malory on 0438 016 983 saying its in relation to Christine. Checked Pioneer Credits website debt resolution company. SCAM. blocked

Missed call from (08) 6214 2443 then received a message from 0428 167 005 asking me to contact Malory in relation to Allison, or to pass message on for them to contact them as soon as possible.

Missed a call, then received a message from 0427 253 893 telling me to contact MALORY asap on (08) 6214 2443 regarding an important matter. It's a scam. Just ignore and don't press any buttons they ask you to just hang up
