Refused to say what matter they were calling about it on behalf of what company only asked for personal details and to notify would be recording. Not ok to record or to ask for personal details over the phone. I mentioned their bad reviews also to them which I checked before answering. Highly suspicious. Same voice of the female called the other day on a mobile phone number also and when I called the number back from a Private number the female answered and denied calling me or using her phone in the last 5 minutes even though I had a screenshot of incoming calls, times and numbers. Tip:if you are a collection company don’t be dodgy amd unprofessional and harass, lie to people or hassle them on their phones and then actually ask for personal details lol you the ones calling people dimwits

Rang and asked me if I could give my neighbour a message. Just said she was from a financial institution. Asked her where she got MY number from and she replied that she got it from a database. Told her in no uncertain terms that she had a bloody cheek to hunt me down to give my neighbour a message. Her name was Taylor! grrrrrrrr NOT HAPPY.

Reading up on reports on this number it's clear that they use shocking tactics to try to contact people. I have no debt with them so I refuse to answer calls from them. I know that the staff are only doing their job but it's disgusting and I honestly don't know how they sleep at night.

Called wanting to speak with a staff member 'about an urgent matter' but could not provide any detail on what business unit they worked in only provided a name. Would not disclose who they were or their company name.

Caller Couldn't tell me anything (for privacy reasons) until I identified myself. I said I can't identify myself for privacy reasons. I hung up. She called back several times same day and I didn't answer. Reading these earlier comments, I now know it was Pioneer Credit.

Asked me to pass on a message to a neighbour, told her to foxtrot! Called back and asked to speak to MD, it’s Pioneer Finance! Debt collection! Told her to remove my name from database and have reported to financial ombudsman! What a bloody hide! Don’t even know the people that live 8 doors away!

The lady was trying to speak with my neighbour she was Aussie and told me how she got my number but not what company just said finance in Perth.
