Every time the phone rings and I don't recognise the number I ask myself, who could could this be? and what could they possibly want? Today I was feeling brave and answered. It was Synergy the electricity company telling me my electricity is on.

They keep harassing me about Engage their payments system. I have nothing outstanding. I cannot extend my bill now because these phantom payment plans they claim I have in place for amounts not owing.

Was a legitimate call from Synergy as set up a new account at an address and previous occupant of the house had a Special Needs requirement (Life Support) and they were checking to see if that was still needed.

Call was from West Australian energy provider Synergy regarding a new service called Engage where they send a sms before the due date of a bill, so you can reply if you require more time or to organise a payment plan

got a call saying it was someone from synergy, then they asked for my personal details to confirm who i was.. even though they called me out of the blue. said it was for an inquiry i made, which i hadn't made any. i contacted synergy and they said they had no record or an inquiry nor any information showing that they had reached out. would say its a scam.

Synergy customer service calling about an online enquiry that I submitted.

Synergy called me in relation to an email I had sent about payment arrangement of my outstanding invoice. They were super nice.

The voicemail said they were calling from Synergy and to call them back on the residential customer service number. Synergy say they have no record of anyone calling me, or any reason to call me.

Caller started to leave a message saying they were from Synergy. I picked up and said hello. They kept speaking and then hung up. They said to ring Monica from Synergy on 13 13 53 which is a valid Synergy number, but the operator there said nobody had called me. Weird.

I don't know if it's spam?

why ring me ?? - I pick up - I can hear a hand on the phone and Synergy hangs up?? Try to ring back and could be one person out of several hundred. Don't waste my time ! !

got a call today from this number (08) 6212 2222 didn't answer as i didn't reckonise it. Left a 3 min voice msg but no one spoke. Im from oz so it Seems like a strange number! Any ideas who it could be?

i also got a call from this number but i didnt awnser it as i was unsure who it was
