THE CALL AND THE NUMBER HAVE BEEN REPORTED TO THE REAL TAXATION OFFICE.

Yes apparently the ATO did an audit on me and i am going to court. Call them back just to waste their time and play along. She claims she's wasting my time. Not really i always have time for fun !!

Robocall - 'ATO' scam, 4th time now 8am calls from different spoofed numbers. shockingly I've still managed to avoid arrest somehow...

Just received automated message saying its from Australian Federal Police with same message as other reports on this site, mentioning complaint, warrant for arrest, reference number, tax office etc. do not ignore. Ring Australian Tax Office on (08) 6102 5050 Obvious scammers.

Received the recorded call this morning saying warrant out for my arrest following complaint from tax office & to call (08) 6102 5050 back & don't ignore.

Same reference number as my call. Wow. I rang back , disappointed no one answered.

I got a message this morning when I answered my home phone. It said this is a message from the police and I was in trouble with the Tax Office so I put the phone down. Disgusting people deserve to be jailed.

Don't pick up. It is a pre-recorded message claiming from AFP that ATO lodged a complaint....

Very official sounding professionally recorded message. Scam- Didn't use my name didn't confirm who the message was for. Hallmarks of a scam.

Message told me a warrant is out for my arrest due to tax offences. I should call back to fix before things get worse. Nasty scam!

Phone call of a recording claiming that the ATO is prosecuting against you. Don't believe it - this isn't how a prosecution works in Australia. Delete and Block.

I called back number (08) 6102 5050 rang once then goes to busy tone.
