I got the same call from this number claiming to be the ATO and advising to call them back otherwise an arrest warrant would be issued.

Sounds like a scam, ATO wouldn't use voice automated messages, they'd also send a letter as well as update the ATO account online with the issue.

Like Geoff, I recieved a call from this number telling me that I would receive an arrest warrant if I didn't call back. It was clearly an automated message with a robotic voice speaking.
