Caller: ATO threatening lawsuit robotcall

My partner received such a nuisance call last week and I received it today. The robot voice started saying that if I don’t respond there will be lawsuit against me and I put the phone down.

Automated message threatening lawsuit in my name, if I don't return call an arrest warrant will be issued for me.

My wife received a call from this number today saying that the ATO will be issuing a,,,,, she then hung up .
She says it was a recorded voice threatening .

I had the same message today as above. Obviously a scam

I did not recognise the number so let it go through to voicemail. As the user mentioned above, it’s a robotic male voice threatening an arrest warrant and telling you to call them back.

American accent threatening lawsuit and ultimate arrest if I did not return the call.

I didn’t answer when this number called as I didn’t recognise it and when I checked my voice messages there was a robot voice telling me there was a law suit being filed against me from the ATO and if I didn’t call them back they would issue an arrest warrant I would be arrested. Obviously some kind of Scam!!

Left a voicemessage, a robotic voice saying a law suit had been filed against me and if I didn’t respond an arrest warrant would be issued. Must be a scam, don’t call back if you get a message.

Robot voice claiming to be ATO. I hung up and did not reply.

Robot voice left on the answering machine that there is a lawsuit against me and I need to call back, when I did it was a disconnected number.

Robo Scam call about a supposed ATO action and if I did not respond to their call they would "get me arrested". (08) 6102 0816 was quoted as the number to return the call as well as being the CID.

I got a call today as well with an automated voice claiming they were from the ATO and that there was a lawsuit filed under my name.
