I called back number (07) 5699 8280 rang once then goes to busy tone.

I got this number calling on my Samsung I just check the number against the Reverse Australia site on the desktop computer if it shows up as a problem number I just put it in the Auto Reject List on my Samsung and never get a call from the number again.

They need to be removed from using a phone

This number just called me claiming to be a google representative wanting to set up a call back to discuss adwords for my small business.
Caller had an Indian accent.
I think it's either a telemarketer or a scam.

I can tell you the area of which this caller is calling from possibly Beaudesert or Gold Coast area
