Caller: unknown They called on my mobile phone. I didn't answer and they left no message. I have now blocked the number. Pity I can't do the same with nuisance calls to my landline!

I just blocked their number. Why should I have to take the trouble to fill in a form to make them stop calling me? Bloody nuisance!

Because those who are employed & thus receive remuneration based on what they do i.e. marketing, they don't care how they actually affect your attitude to the charities they work for ... they just want to hassle hassle hassle without looking at the long term damage they do to the general public's attitude to donating. Probably short term management bonuses drives this behavior - i.e. no consideration for the long term consequences. Remember marketing companies are for-profit, not charities. Certainly has put us off giving since once they have your contact details you are NEVER off the hook. We should be able to remain completely anonymous when giving DIRECTLY to charities - the only way.

I have been receiving calls from this number for some time and am on the Do Not Call register, however have had Telstra Guardian phone system given to me as a birthday gift (because I complained so much about these types of calls) and from today will not be getting anymore calls as I have permanently BLOCKED the number...YAY

This number calls daily. We are on DNC register. Had a reply from Minister Mitch Fifield which basically said 'stiff kucka'. Not much use being being registered when the Government is not interested in policing the their policy.

I too am on the do not call register, and I also get nightly calls from this number, really getting tired of it. I pay for a service and I should be the one entitled to give my number to whom I choose not have my telco company willy nilly hand out peoples numbers to charity organisations and other nuisance callers. It's not just the home phone that gets called but my mobile also.

Message left on answering machine. Silence for about 5 seconds then a female voice said "Hello.... hello" then another 5 seconds of silence and the call disconnected. I'm guessing their robo dialling software has trouble recognizing answering machines because robo diallers usually disconnect. Added the number to my ever increasing blocked list (I blocked (07) 5657 9012 last week which I assume is the same people).
