Had a male caller from the same number claiming to be 'Tim Harris' from the ATO. Same sort of issues as 'Anon'.
Beware of engaging with this caller

The male caller from this number (07) 5641 2152 today claimed (with a NESB accent) to be Danny Foster Senior Chief Officer Criminal Investigations Division of the Australian Taxation Office phoning to inform me that because I had not correctly filed my tax returns a warrant had been issued by the Australian Federal Police for my arrest and cautioning me when I started asking questions that anything I said would be used in legal proceedings against me and to provide the name of my lawyers. I had noted that this phone number was in my landline call log of unanswered calls for the previous day. The caller had my name, address and some other personal details despite my not appearing in the white pages and being on the do not call register so obviously has illegally acquired/is using a data list. I terminated the call and reported the incident to both the ATO and Telstra who advised that the call is made over the internet connecting via this number and the caller's objective is to obtain bank account details. My landline now has blocking and a trace on it and I will use the whistle I keep next to the phone for all future unwelcome calls.
