Insurance telemarketer! Does not sound very legit. My number is registered on the do not call me registerary, these people shouldn't even be calling me!!! I've had 3 seperate telemarketing calls in the last 24 hours... GO AWAY!!!

Spam caller when asked how did you get my number as it is a silent number she refused to tell me, I abused the woman then hung up

I had a miss call from these guys I called them back, no answer and because I have an ear infection I couldn't hear properly so I called a few more times to hear what that automated voice thing says. After 5 times someone finally answered, he was extremely nice, wasn't expecting it after reading this site. He said I sounded younger, I said I was 18 then he said I probably don't care about anything he has to say so he just said he'll mark me as not interested, without me even asking. Then that was it.

selling insurance. Hung up on me so i called them back and they acted like they didn't understand why i was hung up on and tried to sell life insurance to me. I've tried to take myself off the list so many times.

LEAVE ME ALONE. I don't even know how they got my number.

They called , I didn't recognise the number, i didn't answer , very glad I looked up the number .

This lot need to be smashed by the ACCC. Had a right laugh at the persistent, annoying "I'm your mate having a nice day let me sell you some crap" dialogue; was polite as possible, saying I wasn't interested, which didn't stop him prattling on and on.

"Not interested..."
He - "Let me tell you about..."
"No, not interested..."
He - "If you've 30 seconds let me tell you about..."
"Are you still talking? Why are you still persisting?"
He - "Ok, just want to give you an offer...

*Hung up*

So they target children now. Geezus.

Australian Contact Center Inquiry Line fishing about insurances. My number is unlisted and is a business number. when he found out it was a business line he apologised and hung up.

Obviously you misunderstood them, they are a scam trying to rip you off. NEVER get sucked in by cold callers.

The Telecommunication Ombudsman has some ripe pickings here within these walls, if they ever took the time. Curiosity led me here as this number called my mobile. How did this Telemarketer even get my number? My number is not listed anywhere but evidently it must be for these fools to be able to cold call, as they do.

Keep getting their calls around 7:30pm & when at work. They are blocked now. So frustrating!!!!!

Got an unsolicited call too from the f*ck-heads

They called me on my company mobile number which isn't listed in Whitepages. I didn't answer, or call back, but checked on here... and sure enough, they're reported on here as being a pest number.

I'm noticing a pattern here, I received a call from these people just after I got a new number (like others here). Mine was through Optus (also like others).
