I called back number (07) 5591 8888 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.

Despite being on the Do Not Call list, we're still being called by these spammers. They try to get your interest by offering "government subsidies for home owners".

As a business we are not able to "conveniently" list ourselves on the do not call register. As a director of a company that is actively cold calling, I would have assumed you would be well aware of this legality. So that suggestion is.. Strike one.

I have asked to be put on your do not call list. Yet I still hear from you. Strike 2 for your second suggestion.

Instead the general public have to put up with you believing you are welcome to insert yourself into other peoples life without invitation, to push information never requested. ( and of course you get paid for what you do. I don't work for free either)

The last thing I want to do is meet you. I would never discuss my financial arrangements with a complete stranger on the phone. If I was after information regarding negative gearing on investments and other benefits associated with helping restructure on property investments and financial arrangements, I would see my accountant.

On a bright note. It's nice you are taking steps to fix any "muck up" that have occurred here. For a real treat, how about posting YOUR personal phone number. I'm sure you wont mind being cold called? come on... I'll even put you on my do not call back list. Honest...

Thank you for your comments. I am the director of this company and I was unaware of the incorrect name associated with the phone records. I am making amends with my service provider on this. Also our business model aims to help people who may be unaware of any entitlements (govt or not) that may be available to them such as negative gearing on investments and other benefits associated with helping restructure on property investments and financial arrangements. Our company is a local based company in Southport who employ local staff and we endorse local end product for any of our clientele. I apologise if our initial message to has come across as unclear or uncertain to you and id be more than happy to call again or meet in person with you to explain our free services and consultations. We offer free consultations from all of our staff and industry qualified associates. To be 100% transparent to you, we do get paid from any property transactions ( just like any Real estate agent ) that may occur if you wish to proceed with our guidance and experience based education. I wold also like to point out that if you wish not to be contacted by a telemarketer you can list your number on the "do not call " register which is a free service and will stop any telemarketing coming to you or alternately I can have your name and number removed from any of our information and my company will not contact you again. Again thank you for your comments as you have helped me address an issue that I was unaware of.

Received a call from Robert Down Assoc, regarding a government grant for home owners. Does this apply to me?

I can't believe how many "offers of a government grant for home owners I receive". Yet going by the incoming number it's "Solutions, Boss Building". hmmm something doesn't add up here. Can we say... dodgy brothers!!! lol
