I've been getting a LOT of fishing calls and texts lately, at least two a day.
This one seems to give a location which is about two hours away, so I'm wondering if it is just using a phone tower as a proxy location, so it seems more like someone I know is calling me? It is the kind of shifty tactic these fishers would use. Since data fishing can be done with computers, they can program functions like this.

Basic bottom line, if I don't know the number, I am not answering it. If it is genuine, they will leave a message.
