Best you contact the Principal of this business by making an enquiry through APHRA. The Dentist in charge is responsible for the behaviour of all who work at their practice. By the sounds of it you have encountered the bulldog who controls the information as a gatekeeper. The Owners of the practice will likely respond in the form of a legal response as you simply cannot slander the business due to an interaction with a staff member who is not an owner but an employee of the business. If you feel so strongly about being offended by a minion on the bottom of the totem pole then perhaps you should remove the slanderous reviews which are baseless and prepare yourself to become unwelcome at most Dental Practices in SEQ. Is that your real intention? Being Martyred to the cause down to an unhealthy interaction with an imbecile is self destructive to say the least.
Be honest and put the name of the individual you want removed from the Business rather than unnecessarily slandering the entire practice. That is not only foolish uncalled for but also unlawful.

This business has taken money from my wife and two children for almost ten years. Recently we had a bad customer service experience with their reception staff. We asked the owner to call us so we could provide constructive feedback. We did this because we have run businesses ourselves and we know that owners deserve the opportunity to address customer issues before someone complains publicly.

To our dismay a staff member called to say that the owner was not prepared to call us and if we were not happy with that we were welcome to take our business elsewhere. Concerned that the owner had perhaps not received the message we gave them a second chance and wrote letters to convey our experience and requested they make contact. No contact was ever made.

This business is very good at giving the impression that they care, but when you peel back the covers they only care about making money and have no real interest in patient feedback or care.

We are extremely disappointed. We were loyal customers and we have tried to provide feedback in a constructive and civil manner. What a shame that our business is so meaningless that we cant even get a return phone call.
