Tonight, my family ordered a seafood pack from Seafood on Bermuda, when we arrived home we discovered that the seafood pack was missing 2 of the items that were meant to be in the pack. I contacted the owner by telephone and he repeatedly stated that I was mistaken, however he swiftly stated he would give me 2 items of food for free when I next visit the restaurant and than hung up the phone without giving me any opportunity to speak. My wife than telephoned the owner to ask for an explanation as to why he hung up on us, he became extremely patient and spoke very aggressively and disrespectfully towards my wife. I drive down to the shop only to be met with aggressive and intimating behaviour by the owner. I will be contacting the Q-CENTRE Management and office of fair trading. We can not believe the way we were treated by this business. Is there a zero star. Me refund, no apology, just abusive and aggressive behaviour
