I have had several calls from this number and when told they are calling a business they hang up and then call back an hour later again and told the same thing

Repeated spam calls

Two calls now just someone breathing on the other end each time. Thank goodness for caller ID and thanks for the info, I've sent them an email to remove me from their list and I now have a bright shiny whistle to use if there is a next time.

Just had a call from the above number.
She asked if I would door knock my street to fundraise.
As I was driving I requested an email to be sent so I could see if it was legitimate.
End of conversation.........she hung up.
I have better things to do than answer some scumbag trying to get some one else to door knock for a , I still do not know who or where she is from!!! or for what it was for!!!
All I know is that on the mobile the above number came up, I will add here that when the office is unattended that the calls are diverted to my mobile.
I have listed this call as a "prank call" due to the fact of not knowing where she was from.

3 calls today, reported them to DNC register (I'm on it), also sent a message to Apple Computers Inc. about name infringement.

Two calls to my answer machine, no message left. One call for Energex helicopter donation, asking for an unknown name.

I got a call from (07) 5560 4900 tonight at 7.30pm. I,m in Sydney so wondered who was calling from Qld. I am on the DO NOT CALL Register, but it does not seem to bother them. I noticed Nicks comment on July 16 that people should not be rude to telemarketers, but they don't listen, they often hang up if you talk back to them, they invade your privacy especially when you are on the DO NOT CALL register,and they don't take your number off when you request it.

How can I stop these people ringing me during the day ?

I visited their website and found this message. I have sent them an email.

Constantly call not leaving a message on the answering machine, fake charity collectors? Why has this bogus scammer group not been closed down by Consumer affairs?

Received call at 4:40am today.. Scared the crap out of me and my brother. Not happy to find no one on the other end

I have rung and emailed the AM group several times yet today they ring again. So I emailed Bronwyn Shearer yet again. If others did the same everytime one of this undesirables rang, just maybe they'd get the messsage. I wrote:
Hi Bronwyn,
I have just had yet another call from your people.
I did not answer as I don’t waste my time talking to nuisance callers. However, every time one of your minions rings me, I am going to write to you – in the hope that these nuisance calls will stop. Today’s call was from (07) 5560 4900.
Perhaps you would be so kind as to let me know exactly how many cents in each dollar you receive on behalf of charity, goes to a charity?
Awaiting your assurance that I will never be called again, admittedly with vain hope, and your answer to my question

called at 10:30 this AM, no answer when I lifted, they should be banned from the network

This company calls at all times of the day and night (several times a day) I have told them on numerous occasions that my husband is a shift worker and they wake him up , I told them to remove my number from their list. This is beyond a joke

All you people are mad! One thing you should consider is these people are helping charitys they arnt harming your well being by doing there work, and yea i do understand it can be annoying but these are people calling you doing a job try and be a bit more nicer about how you say no and they should have no problem removing you from there call list. Telemarketers still have familys and bills to pay. How would you like it if someone was rude to you at your job???

Our number is unlisted as well, but have had a few calls, lucky we have an answering machine.

They just hangup the phone when you answer.

I checked with Telstra and no one is exempt from calling numbers on the do not call list. They are breaking the law.

I have now emailed the person listed under "Appointment for a tailored
fundraising strategy" (see below) as it looks as if emailing their do not email contact doesn't work. If Bronwyn Shearer started to receive an email from every person who checks this website, maybe they will get the message. Bronwyn.shearer @ applemarketing.com.au

This isn't the only number Apple Marketing Group use. They also ring from 038554115. I have rung them twice to stop ringing, each time they dish out the old 'it will take a week' line. They also claim their telephone system will continue ringing a number until it is answered - as it is not a person who dials but the computer.
