This is a new one. Told they were not asking ME for money, but asked if I could collect FOR them in my street. Was a bit bamboozled and asked "since when they were doing such Donation Collection in this way?" Didn't really get an answer and am now expecting a Collectors Kit to be delivered. How did I get into that? I usually do not even answer the phone if it is an unknown number.

Look up "Apple Marketing Group" in White Pages/Business. They have 2 addresses and phone numbers, including this number and a website "www.applemarketing.com.au".

They have phoned , on and off, for about a year!

Harmony, that might be so but why the hell are there so many hang up calls when people answer their phones? Do the telemarketers get commision on how many numbers are actually called and answered? I have just had one now, I was willing to take the call so I could find out who it was but they hung up. Oh there was someone there because I heard them in the background. It's friggin' annoying so BACK OFF

these people are very annoying they call you and hang up elderly people feel that it is stalking them and makes them afraid

I just rang them after they did a hang up on my answering machine. I spoke to a bored sounding fellow who agreed to take my number off their calling lists - no explanation required. I just said take me off, he said what's the number, I told him, he said okay that's done but will take 10 days to go through, I said thanks, and goodbye.

I wish it was this easy to get off all the charity's calling lists. Seriously, I give less to charity since they started cold calling like crazy over the past couple of years than I did before. They're just pests to me now.

This company is genuine,(I have been there) working on behalf of worth while charity's. The staff are not on commission, they get an hourly rate and are doing there best to help. Be patient, These Charitys do lots of great things for people in need.

I have received calls from this number as well. (07) 5560 4900) I now have this number on my speed dial at work. When things are quiet I just give them a ring. When the person answers I just hang up or ask them stupid questions, such as how's the weather up there, or who are you barracking for this weekend in the footy?
I have also emailed the number to my work colleagues asking them to do the same.
It's a good feeling to know you are stuffing a tele marketer around.

Rang up & said they were the Heart Foundation.Said do not call again as our number is on the Do Not Call register.

Ive sent them an email to put me on the do not call list but I also said that if they do wish to call then they should leave a message on my answering machine, which is what it's there for!!

I get at least 3 calls a day from them and never pick up, as I have caller ID and an answering machine. These days everyone needs to filter their calls because of so many scammers and pests. My phone has "number block" but the manual says it is to prevent MY number from being sent and nothing about blocking INCOMING numbers.

I found this email address to be taken off this serial pest's call list. They do not take no for an answer

I too was getting loads of calls from this number. Just called them back and they were quite happy to add me to their DNC list. No questions asked and where quite pleasent about.
