We are a business and received 2 calls from them in under 5 mins. I rang them after reading these reviews and asked to be taken off list straight away. (I have had to call around different 5 numbers in the last week to be taken off various call lists. Must be the time of the year as we have been bombed with hang ups and these kind of companies since the start of November. I think they should do something better with their time than waste my working time.

This number has called me 4 times today alone. I now know not to answer the phone. It's very frustrating!!! I've had enough. You would think with this amount of complaints something would be done about it. PLEASE STOP

I got a call today. I did not answer the phone as I was on a work shift, however if I did I would of been annoyed.

I just answered a hangup call from this number.
I certainly don't want to be called again.

These guys are not charities, they are for profit. All they do and pass on a % of your donation and keep the rest so to me, that makes them in breach of the Do Not Call Register. Anyhow, that is someone elses fight!

Have received 2 calls from them lately. If they are a Charitable organisation I don't care. There are no exemptions as far as I am concerned.

Driving me mad, I try and get to phone and they just hang up I just want them to stop calling 20plus calls in last 2 days - why so many calls when they just hang up???

I also had them calling my private number which has been on the 'do not call' register for years. Charities should not be exempt from that. I was getting at least 4 calls/day every day. Glad I found this forum.

It's on the 8th floor of Australia Fair in Southport. Hmm, maybe I should grab a gun and go visit them, that will stop the calls, for a while at least.

What's the point of being on the DNC Register if Apple can still call you?

These idiots have harassed me up to three times a day all week long, for the entire 12 months I have had this phone number. Thanks to this site and all of the comments I too have emailed them, demanding they remove my phone number unless I will report them to the ombudsman....or perhaps even go to the MEDIA!

Constant calls from this number registered on my home phone, never any message left. I have no idea why they keep calling my partner got rid of his mobile phone number as he was receiving so many on the cell phone from this number again no message left

Calling from the heart foundation. Annoying.

Persistent callers. I have been contacted by this mob since 2008, and each time they quote a different charity name. Most recent call, yesterday from "Erin Hall" on behalf of "Make A Wish". The company doing this is Apple Marketing, on the Gold Coast. They claim to be exempt from the Do Not Call Register.

Persistently called by this number. Woman called this morning and sounded offended when I asked her to take us off her 'do not call' list. Claimed that she was working for the Heart Foundation and that the 'do not call' register does not apply to them. Unfortunately found out that is true of charities but feeling so annoyed by the tactics of this company (calling every single day) that I will not give a cent to the Heart Foundation if they employ such dodgy contractors. Would never give money over the phone anyway.

I just rang & spoke to a lady who I politely said I am sick of being harassed by this number & when I pick up they hang up. She said the machine hangs up after a certain amount of rings, but thats crap I've answered on the 1st ring & its done it. She said it will take a few days but I'll be glad when it stops. Thank god for caller id.

I too am on the DNC Register, yet I also got another call from them today. Hung up just after I answered.
I looked the number up online and found this page (among others). Very helpful. Thank you. Looked up their website and saw this:-
