Really great job, the culture of the Bus/Coach driver can be very rewarding, although one has to have a sort of flair, and patients, coupled with a lot of humour. The staff are great easy to talk to, Mr Bowerman is one of the easy going bosses I have worked for, straight talking person, who attracts respects and not demands it, a boss who is interested in his employees.
