I am a Wyndham owner, however if it is important enough to call me, it is important enough to leave a message, otherwise, I do not know who the call is from. It is because of this site that I was able to look up the number, I am not calling them back as I do not agree with the computerised dialling that companies are now using. They can continue to waste their time and resources phoning and I will continue not to call back.

I'm on the Do Not Call register and Wyndham Vacation still call so I complained to ACMA (keep a record of date/time of calls) and the calls stopped - for just 3 months. I then Googled to find ACMA formally warned them in 2009 about calling numbers on the DNC register. Here's a hint for OS telemarketers who don't have to display the caller ID. Go on Ebay and buy an answering machine that detects PRIVATE calls and gives the announcement automatically 'Private Calls to this tumber cannot be accepted' then hangs up on them. It cost me $42,an AT&T model along with a speaking caller ID phone for $36. Though not AUSTEL tick approved any phone/answer machine from the U.S, Canada, NZ or Singapore will work perfectly here and is compatible with our digital caller ID signal. Phones from elsewhere use a different digital signal and won't display/speak the caller ID. You will need a 110v to 220v converter plug $6.55 on Ebay for the american power adapter to phone/machine to work. Technology at it's best and not available locally in Oz.
