This is RCI based on the Gold Coast. Timeshare exchange company. May be calling you if a member of there's has given an incorrect phone number or used to live at your address.

I managed to receive a call from this number the other day. It's some kind of holiday company in Queensland. They were asking for some guy called Robert. I told them I had no idea what they were talking about and after a quick discussion we decided this "Robert" must have given the company the wrong number.
