Got a call from a similar number yesterday. Both started with the '5512 3', and the other was supposedly a telemarketer/scam caller (looked them up, I never answer unless I know who's calling), so I'd say they're from the same people.

I called back number (07) 5512 3495 reached IVR for a company called Australian Contact Center.
