Apparently they make calls on a public holiday, but when you call back, an answer machine announces the office is closed on public holidays and doesn’t say what office you called. I call scammer or marketer.

when a company sells you rubbish and you offer to go to mediation to sort it out and they ignore you and just send threatening legal letters ( small print, small print ....) then they just send the account to credit corp who spend all day harassing you ...

I called back number (07) 5512 2482 reached voice mail but did not say for what company.
