They will not tell you who they are until you tell them who you are.
They will search for you on Facebook, find & call anyone who is associated to you & claim that they're a friend of yours in order to gain some sort of access.
They will harass you at all hours of the day & night.
They call 7 days a week no matter if it's a public holiday or not, on different numbers & call in excess of 7-8 times a day. Highly unethical & illegal practices, the more they do it the more ammunition you have to go to the AFCA ombudsman to complain.

You do not have to answer them. Block all their numbers.

AFCA does nothing, these parasites are free to do whatever they want and our regulators don't give a sh*t. Simply block all their numbers and never ever engage with them. These scum bags have been chasing my brother for outstanding debts for over 10 years which we all know is a statute barred debt, they tell lies to the reporting agencies about having made contact with the debtor. My brother died 11 years ago, these people are criminals.
