Block them. It was a male who called me and never identified himself . He gave me a false web site and told me I had 10 x $100 vouchers He had previously contacted me several months ago and advised I had 30 x $100 vouchers obviously plucks the figure out of his head .Beware looks dodgy to me especially when others report his ABN was cancelled in 2014.

I have now found a way to block calls from (07) 5479 5558. Yes they were Australian Discount Holidays and now The Resort Club, I believe. I got sucked in years ago and I think I only used 1 voucher, which took some effort as the resort had to comfirm the legitimacy of the voucher, to which the seemed to take exception. I answered a call from them early last year when they said their business name had changed and they offered to upgrade me (to Platignum - no less), and respect all the old vouchers... and I think for only a few extra $$$.... I told her I wasn't interested, and not to call me back as I had thrown the couchers away. She said she wouldn't call me back and added I had missed out on a valuable opportunity. Well neither of those statements are true. Since then I have received dozens of calls back (sometimes one or more a week), and for value I can find better deals without the vouchers or the hassle or the money out of pocket in advance. I believe it's just a glorified scam and they have probably robbed the database of original contacts. Don't get sucked in and find a way to block the calls.

This number rings every day and comes up as Nambour, Qld. I too bought holiday vouchers from them at least 8 years ago. I have answered a few times when they rang each year but said I wasn’t interested. I never answer anymore but they try ringing every year and ring every day for a few weeks. Very annoying

Exactly same experience as another victim... The Resort Club (previously called Australian Discount Holidays). They rang me to tell me that a membership I bought few years ago is still valid and I have $1,000 credit still available, plus they will remove the 3 nights minimum, and I can use all credits for 1 trip or spread across holidays. Then went on to try to upsell me to Platinum Concierge member, with $3.5k free vouchers and removing the annual membership fee of $1,360pa apparently. And ALL only for the once up cost of $350 (of course the offer is only available today).

I told her I was happy to hear that I still have some vouchers available to use and would like to try out my current Platinum membership before outlaying any $ today to upgrade. Of course if I'm happy with the experience, then I'd consider paying to upgrade, if the deal is still available. If not available after today, that's fine, I'm happy to try the club now.

So, she hangs up on me! Very rude, this is obviously some kind of dodgy scam type of company. I rang the number back and selected option for Customer Service, as I thought I could at least try my current membership, but that line doesn't answer, just says the parties line is not available.

Good luck, they will keep calling you daily... but my general impression is that they talk a good sales pitch, but don't care at all and obviously there just to make a sale today. On this basis, I'd say either their customer service is going to be non existent, or at worse they may be a complete scam.

Called me today. Comes up Nambour, Queensland on my mobile. Has been calling me regularly lately. A few months ago I actually answered and they told me I had credit and then asked me to purchase more vouchers. I said I already had them still from a few years ago and she told me that I needed to upgrade and I explained to her that they were valid for a lifetime. She told me they weren't. Realized it was a scam.

My 12-year-old daughter is getting repeated calls during class time at school from these people. When I called to ask them to stop there is no one answering phones. Complete scam. Very annoying!

Bought them years ago - used once and it was a good deal. Of course I lost the book! I was then offered an upgrade - one of the 26million on the limited list - but the company name was different. They have periodically called and I haven't been interested - they phoned today and didn't answer when I said Hello- now marked as Pest - don't offer

They got through to me once about a year ago. I told them I was not interested and I was on the dont call register but they just dont QUIT .....Must be something wrong with these people mentally they are now on my blocked caller list and I have had another 5 blocked calls today alone, take a hint much?
