Experienced similar problems and issues with our tenancy during 2014-2015. The attitude and level of service encountered would be unacceptable in any customer service arena.

I was utterly disgusted at the level of service from Ray White Buderim and the sheer pigheadedness of their customer service and property management team.
A total lack of communication from the very start of the tenancy with regards to property inspections (only 1 was eventually carried out on the property for a full 12 months), response to enquiries and service to the property with maintenance issues.
When the property management team are confronted with a complaint due to lack of service, rather than try to resolve the complaint efficiently, they assume that the complainant knows nothing of their legal rights and responsibilities and endeavour to dismiss the complaint. Furthermore, when a complaint is registered, no return or follow up phone calls are conducted by the property managers to resolve the matter - only after contacting the agents numerous times and furthering your complaint to upper management will get a response.
Needless to say, I will never use Ray White again, be it selling, buying, leasing or renting and will advise as many as I can of their subpar customer service to ensure others don't have to contend with the many issues I have had to face in dealing with this company.
