Caller got recipient (87 year old) to install malware on his computer, then asked for money (ransom); when told no, the caller threatened physical harm (said "we know your name and address, do you want someone on your doorstep?). When recipient hung up, he found his computer had been blocked.

It seems that this number has been hijacked by scammers.
