Phoned twice claiming to be from Federal govt wanting to do a survey. Could barely speak English. Would not answer what city he was in. Wanted to know if I was the home owner. He hung up when I kept asking what city.Could hear sound like cold call room in background.

When I recalled the number, the answering service said cannot take the message.

Calls are coming 2-3 times a day more than twice a week. Even after being told not interested, sensitive to electronics they want us to talk to experts who will call to the house.

Have had 4 calls from this number in the last three days. Just now answered the call and some foreign woman started on about a rebate on solar panels. When I asked her where she was based she started to fumble and told me she was putting me on hold. I hung up. Hopefully they won't call again

Called 11.33am on 7 June; 11.05am, 11.21am and 6.23pm on 9 June; 11.04am and 7.26pm on 10 June. On 7 June and 9 June I advised the marketer that, after listening to him repeat, "This is not a sales call", about 7 times that I did not wish to speak with them. On 10 June, I started to reference the Telemarketing and Research Industry Standard 2007 only to have the "gentle"man continue to speak over me and end the call with, "Get lost."
