Caller first called from 0411 991 914 and said they were "Solar Rebate scheme". I told her I was not interested and hung up. She then called me back seconds later from (07) 4982 9264 and started the call "This is not a sales call". I told her "Yes this is a sales call and I am sick and tired of calls from the "Solar Rebate scheme", to which she then hung up on me

They did not talk just hung up I seem to get calls around 5.30 pm and they just hang up

I never answered as I did not recognise the number but just like you Dave the phone number was 0411 991 914 one day and the next day a call came from (07) 4982 9264 so thank you for your information. I have now blocked both numbers.

The number displayed and I screened the call but did not answer it. The caller said his name was Daniel but as soon as he realised he was talking to a recorded message he hung up. I called the number back and got a message that the number is not connected. Assume it is a scam call

Yet another foreigner calling to offer solar rebates - told him we already have solar and are getting rebates so told him not to call me again. Probably another scam.

Definitely a scam as these calls are coming thick and fast using different CID numbers which don't exist. All about government solar rebate scheme...

this number just called me on my mobile, didn't hear anything on the other side.
I called the number back , and got a "your call could not be connected" message

Just had this number call me on an unlisted VOIP number which I rarely use and have never handed out. I let the call (as I do for all inbound calls) go to my answering machine... they had hung up before the "leave a message" comment on the answering machine message.
If they supposedly had my home address and had done their research, they would have known I already have more than sufficient panels on the roof, and they have been there for over 5 years so they have no excuse for not cross-checking on Google Maps or similar before calling.... just wasting their own time..

Two day running now I have had calls from this number, when I answer there is a pause and then they hang up without saying anything.

whom ever this number belongs to would not talk after I said hello, about 5 second later, heard a beep and then followed by an "automated robot voice" goodbye.. Scammers..
had the solar scam before too, they get your number off the internet.. mine was used by a different person the past and now it's used by me.. when they have in the past asked for the other original person.. that's when I call them out for being a scam and they quickly hang up.. do not trust these scammers..

This number has called me 15 times since 2nd May. I've blacklisted them. Like other people, I've run the number (07) 4982 9264 and also got a message saying the number is not valid.

WShen I answered the call, there was a slight delay (as usual). Someone with and accent knew my name, tried to be courteous before asking me about any solar panels I might or might not have. I told him to get himself a decent job, after which he hung up.
