My son Adam Turner and friend Martin Phelpstead recently bought fire opals from you (a special present for me and two grandmothers)- Adam bought a set of three fire opals and Martin also bought opals. Adam also bought a digerydoo at the same time which he had posted over. On the last day of their holiday whilst in Auckland they had everything stolen - left with only the clothes they had on! They are devastated and would like to replace their purchases with you - however they need to claim on insurance and need receipts / invoices as proof of their purchases. All their receipts went with their belongings in the theft. The date of purchase was 03/03/12 the airway bill no 898435969596 which was in the package. Please can you help with this - they are both devastated at having lost absolutely everything - what a terrible end to what was a pecfect holiday. Many thanks.

They are now on the last day of their holiday and are in Auckland - they have had everything stollen from them including passports, opals, cloths, cameras, phones - they are only left with the clothes they are wearing! Their flight leaves for home tomorrow but they have no passports - Adam has phoned me and asked if I can contact you to request an invoice to prove that the opals were purchased for insurance purposes.
