Called my daughter in Brisbane. She didn't answer as the number was not known to her.
As there are a number of other phone numbers listed on this site with a similar prefix; ie 074839, I'm suspecting that a potential scammer may have a new phone number?

I have advised my daughter not to answer this caller and to block the number.
