Rings but doesn't say anything

I receive numerous calls from this number. If I answer there is no one there and if I let it go to voice mail they never leave a message. If I call the number back I get a recorded message that the number I have dialed is incomplete so the caller is using caller ID spoofing.

yes had these guys call just 20mins ago saying they was from Telstra and when I asked them for thier employee number they just hung up

they think they can get away with this crap - the number wasnt inservice when I tried it again
