Unhelpful system in this era of scams, but genuine CUA (Credit Union Australia)/GSB (Great Southern Bank) callback.

Legit call, Great Southern Bank, I had requested for them to call me back when my turn in the line is, problem is when they called back, I answered and the line just went dead but I called them back and settled my problem just a weird number they calling from!!!

Caller: Great Southerm Bank formerly CUA

Because this requested call back didn't identify itself and I don't know anyone in Cairns I naturally assumed it was a scam or a marketer and did not answer it. Strange that they did not even leave a message to say it was the call back I'd been waiting a long time for - a clue that the new management is not PR savvy and unlike the former CUA service they are relying on robots or they don't want to be bothered by customers.
