This was another one of those calls where they tell you they have been monitoring your computer and that you have had security/virus issues infecting your computer. They said they were from Telstra, and although the call showed up on my mobile as coming from Pialba in Qld, the male caller had a very strong Indian accent. When I asked if he was definitely from Te, and I told them straight out Telstra doesn't do that and

Received a call from this number on my mobile today. Man had an Indian accent and purported to be from Telstra technical services about errors occurring with my internet connection. Called him out as being a scam call and he hung up. I have no idea how they manage to call and have it displayed as otherwise private numbers.
