We made a group booking for lunch several weeks in advance. 10 days before the event, the Trading Post gave us a set menu for our group to pre order from.This was done and they were notified along with the time we would be arriving. We arrived at the set time, and after waiting for over one and a half hours, members were still waiting for meals. This then made us late for our tour of the Observatory, members leaving having had no lunch, and some members then returning to Kingaroy missing the Observatory tour because of time restraints.Final comment - I would not recommend this venue for anyone.
