did not bother to leave message

We were called from this number about 10 times per day.
Calling back leads to a not connected number.
Thus it must be a scammer

This number phoned me 5 times today. I finally answered it. An Asian lady said she was calling me about my 'broadband service'. I said I didn't have one and hung up.
