Had several calls. Nuisance

This company has been harrassing me for ages. They ask questions about the cost of living, but I have now just taken to hanging up when they call. Very annoying.

We have also received calls as well. It is Heritage Financial under their new name AUSSIE HOME CHOICE AUST. PTY LTD ACN 165 868 075.

These people have simply started under another name and continued their racket.

Just received a call from Futura. Same as previous comments asking about cost of living etc. after asking about personal info I hung up on them. 100% spam.

Just received two calls from this number, this has been happening for the last 5 days. Every time I pick up the phone, message says 'Optus advises that this number is now disconnected'...very weird and major nuisance

They called me, same MO as above, seems like a scam.

I received a phone call from this number (07) 3893 4444 which on my google ID enabled phone showed up as Futura Computing. A lady with very heavy Indian accident asked about if I think cost of living went up, if I think I pay too much tax and if I live in my own home etc.

After I answered all her questions she wants to send me a gift voucher, asked me validate my address which is the correct information. Looks like I have just given away my personal information to some spam. Wouldn't be expecting a gift voucher in my mailbox at all.

Got already two calls from them in one afternoon. Number blocked! Futura Computing seems to be a computer repair shop in Manly on the esplanade. But I don't believe it was this shop obviously. Some classic call centre trick.

same as above, confusing calls made to my phone and after being hung up on it goes to an automated message "Optus advises this number is disconnected".

My experience seems very much like the othes before me, Telemarketers that won't take no for an answer.

Just received a call from this number from a guy with a strong Indian accent and he asked me if they thought I was paying too much tax; has the price of living increased too much; do I own/rent/pay mortgage? When I didn't answer the own/ren/mortgage question they hung up on me and when I dialled the number (07) 3893 4444 twice Optus advised this number was disconnected. I'm blocking this phone number now!!

I have now blocked this number as it has called my phone daily for 5 days, and goes silent or hangs up when I answered.

Keep getting calls from this number - and I can never connect if i pick up, also tried calling back but appears not to connect - As they are calling my tablet which I do not ever use to make calls I can only come to the conclusion that TELSTRA are either calling or passed on the number as they provided the data SIM card

Received a call at 17:00 04/11/13, answered and they hung up... dialed the number twice and was immediately cut off..

Received phonecall from this number just now, Indian accent guy asked "do you think the government is having you pay too much tax?". signal in our office was very bad that i couldn't hear him so hanged up and don't really want to call them back.

The same happened to me. However my iPhone interestingly jammed immediately after I called this no. I had to shut down the phone. So does this need to be investigated further?

I received a call from 07 3893 444 asking for a quick survey which they asked very generic questions of my home and my employment, then they said to say thanks they wanted to send me a $250 Westfield voucher and they just needed to update my mailing address and name the one they had on file was an old one - - when i refused they got quite persistent when i refused they hung up and then called me every day for a week.

I received a call from this number at 17.09pm today, 31 Oct 2013. The caller stated her company name was "EUSSIE", she spoke with a heavy indian accent, & stated her name was "Maria".
She started to tell me the company phone number: 1300 985..., but spoke very fast so that i couldn't catch it. When asked to slow down & repeat herself, she hung up.

**The caller ID registered the caller as (07) 3893 4444. i called this number after being hung up on, & it goes to an automated message "Optus advises this number is disconnected".
An online search for this number shows it belongs/belonged to "Futura Computing".
