Don't know about the mechanical side of things, but the shop "gear factory". Terrible half ass service and small stock lines. 2 chicks more concerned about chatting to the young bloke at the counter and twirling their hair then servicing the customers. One stood there staring at me while I was trying on a jacket, when I looked at her to ask something just turned away. When she finally came back and bothered herself to help me, it was yeah, just whats here, here try that,there a mirror in the bathroom, then walked away not to be seen again.
