Dear Allison. Thank you for putting your rubbish in my letter box. Your know, the one with the LARGE NO JUNK MAIL sign. Your golden rule as per your flyer that states 'Look after this property as if it were your own' is confusing. If you can't even respect my property before you have stepped onto it, then I certainly don't want you here. Please keep your rubbish out of my mailbox as requested by the LARGE SIGN ASKING YOU TO!!

Hint: When shopping, I make a point of seeking out local business. It's not hard in this multimedia world. Flyers are only good for people that want them. Embrace the NO JUNK MAIL signs. You will save more flyers and increase your flyer drop area. Hence increasing the people you actually want to market.
