Hello all, I am from new, while visiting my friend we went to see the life of pi on the 27th January, not realising the movie was showing in 2d and 3d we mistakenly bought tickets for 2d, we were able to exchange for 3d, which was great, the ticket girl Sid that we would be refunded $16 as I bought a ticket for my friend, I have just received my visa statement, and discovered that I have not been given a refund, I would appreciate if would adjust this oversight, if you have any questions, I would appreciate you contacting me by email sharonversteege @ gmail.com.au thanking you Sharon versteege
