I agree, I have asked them to stop texting me, they keep calling me, I used their website and started a quote but stopped it as I didn't want to continue. They have rung numerous times and do not leave a message

Caller called and asked to speak to my wife by name. When I asked who was calling the female person immediately hung up. Same caller then rang on another phone number and did the same thing. This is after I inquired about a quote on the weekend and did not submit or accept any quote. This is the same as all the above comments.

Constant calls. Makes you wonder how much you’re actually paying on your premium for being “matched” with an insurer that’s $120/year more expensive than a direct quote from a company they don’t compare. As others said, serial pests. Don’t use them

Submitted an online quote, this number calls and hangs up on me (I answer first ring), assuming the call centre employee can mark it as a 'non answer' or similar so it doesnt impact their KPIs.

I did an online insurance quote. Looks like the same routine as other contributors.

I got two missed calls from phone (07) 3739 4000. When I called back it said "I called outside of business hours. If I want a quote to call back." There was no identification of who I called such as, "Hello you have called "company name" ". So annoyed how they could get my number.

Started to fill in the information for a quote, didnt complete all the questions and my phone rang 5 minutes later.

Ryan called saying he's from Bizcover (I'd put in my details for a quote) and asked for my full name and email to verify my details. I saod I'm not comfortable sharing personal information over the phone form someone I don't know and asked for their number so I could call back to verify they are who they say they are. When I called the number it's for a telecommunications company selling phone lines for companies. Sneaky and definitely a scam!!
